Phil Hale

Head of School - Mr. Philip Hale

Welcome to Augustine Classical Academy! I’m so glad you’ve taken a moment to learn about our community. This is a place where students are known, challenged, and cared for—where learning happens in classrooms, on fields, and in friendships. Together we’re growing in wisdom, faith, and character as we seek to follow Christ in all we do. I hope you catch a glimpse of the joy and purpose that fill our halls each day. We’re grateful you’re here.

Phil brings more than two decades of leadership experience to his role at Augustine Classical Academy. Before joining ACA, he served with the FBI for 20 years, including as Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Division and Special Assistant in the Counterterrorism Division. Earlier in his career, he practiced law and consulting, working in compliance and dispute resolution. Phil holds degrees from Wheaton College, the University of Missouri–Kansas City, and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is grateful to serve a community devoted to learning, faith, and character.
