ATHLETICS

An Augustine Education is more than intellectual. We believe that forming the whole person includes training the body as well as the mind. Physical activity nurtures long-term health, emotional resilience, and social maturity - qualities essential to the flourishing of our students. For this reason, athletics is an integral part of life at Augustine.

Our athletes train together multiple times a week, building friendships across grades as they work side by side. Team sports become a living classroom for the virtues we prize: cooperation, respect, fortitude, and selflessness. While we celebrate the trophies earned and the scholarships awarded to our athletes, we see these accomplishments as symbols of the deeper victories of character and maturity.

COMPETITIVE & RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS

Augustine offers a growing range of competitive sports, giving students the chance to test their skills, represent their school, and experience the joy of teamwork. Alongside our competitive teams, we offer a variety of extracurricular programs that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and the sheer enjoyment of active play.

A Community That Moves Together

Athletics at Augustine extend beyond our teams; movement and time outdoors are part of everyday life. Grammar School students play outside multiple times daily, and Upper School students enjoy an extended lunch for field games or gathering outdoors. Many parents coach, reflecting the strong partnership within our community. Each winter, six Mondays are devoted to our beloved ski program at Mt. Snow, where much of our school skis together. Augustine students pour out their best with joy, courage, and humility—growing strong in body, steady in character, and ready to serve.
