Education at Augustine is truly a partnership between the school and parents. A hallmark of our school day is that parents do not feel they need to simply drop their children off at 8 and pick them up at 3; rather, our halls are regularly filled with parents of our students. They help out in the classroom, join their children for lunch, and participate in events like our Greek Olympics and Medieval Faire (to name but just a few examples). The partnership extends beyond the school walls as well. Our families delight in spending time together as they are able outside of school, from our many club sports often coached by parents to our famous "Ski Mondays" on Mt. Snow during which families enjoy one another's company on the ski lift and St. Augustine's Book Club at which parents and teachers discuss rich classical Christian texts together (and everything in between).
