Athletics

An Augustine education is more than intellectual. We believe that physical activity is critical for both immediate and long-term physical health, as well as emotional and social maturity and as such it is core to our curriculum. Our students also have passions and many of our students have poured out their best in various varsity and club arenas on a national (and even international) stage. Augustine athletes train together three days a week and practice generally ends at 5pm.

In addition to Varsity and Mods Rowing, we offer many other athletic opportunities; from soccer and basketball clubs for our Grammar School students and Running Club for all ages to our famous "Ski Days" (6 Mondays in January–March where our school heads to Mt. Snow in Vermont). Augustine students and families are very involved in athletic pursuits at our school and they are in many ways a hallmark of our education.
